Email style advertising is my favorite area of marketing. Because with a few additions or deletions you can easily turn your campaign into many forms of advertising. Such as text ads, forum submits, solo ads and more!
Now before we get down to the Basics, I want to make sure you understand the word SPAM To its fullest. Spam is not Cool, Nobody wants it and everybody hates it. Even those who send it!

For the same reason you get junk mail through the Postal Service - people are trying to sell you things. It is even cheaper to send emails, so you get even more of them! Spam mailing lists are created in a variety of ways, including scanning Usenet discussion groups, buying or stealing Internet mailing lists, searching the Web for addresses, and even just guessing e-mail addresses at random. If you use e-mail, chances are you're going to get Spam. - How did my e-mail address get on a Spam list?
There are many ways that spammers harvest and collect e-mail addresses to build their lists. It's common for spammers to guess at potentially valid addresses by taking a common username and adding valid domains to it. For example, chances are there will be a "bob@" at just about any provider's domain.
Now that you have some info on spamming, here are some tips on how to Write a Spam Free Email.
Always use these four elements to send out a responsible Email ad campaign:
1. Accurate subject line
"You forgot!" or "Remember me?" is not only misleading, it's also a trick spammers use. Since it's a widely common practice to use deceptive subject lines, it's also a tip off to spam blocker software and Email filters.
Your message may never make it to your intended recipient. Keep subject lines simple and straightforward.
2.Write an Accurate Professional Body
Spammers attempt to make you click using Flashy catch phrases and keywords with out actually telling you what your clicking to. ( They like to "beat around the bush "so to speak.)
3. Use your physical street address in your signature
Let consumers know there is a person and a real business behind your messages. Give them your physical street address in all correspondence.
Most spammers simply use their Email address and don't give out any kind of contact information such as telephone numbers or street addresses. If you do give out this information, it will give them a sense of credibility to your message and the company behind it.
4. Give consumers a way to opt-out
You're not going to gain business by forcing someone to receive your messages. Give them the option to unsubscribe from your mailings and truly allow them to do so.
Since most spammers devise a trick that makes people think they're opting out when all it does is confirm there is a real live person on the other end of that Email address, you should run a legitimate way to allow someone to discontinue receiving your messages.

In todays internet business world their are many forms of email systems So the easiest way for me to explain these is to line a few of them up and give you a short review.
Sending e-mails through:
Your own list, This route is the most Direct approach a an excellent money maker. The easiest way to find head lines and emails that work is to find your self a guru add yourself to his list and watch his emails for a month or two. Save the ones the Guru uses over and over because these are the emails that work the best. From here the only thing you have to do is Personalize them so that when People from your list finds them they will know they are coming from you and they will find your products.
Solo mailing, Solos are designed for this purpose, One ad per E-mail. So here just be professional and Present your product. Those that are looking for that type of product will open your add and read it.
Rental Type Lists, These ads are much harder because you have to match thew list owners Professionalism to make them work. But there is money to be made here.
Safe list Emails, One of the Cheapest forms of Email Advertising. Many people here sat you have to be Creative here but you see they are missing the point. Using your Headline in a direct manner will create a Stream of valuable page views because they are actually looking for the product you are offering.
Ezines Style Emails, Offer review style ads and you should see a major increase in Targeted Traffic and sales.
